All new on this model, is a partially skeletonized dial. You can see some of the gears and screws, which gives it a very appealing look. The silver inner circle about the dial is metal, and it is finished with Geneva stripes, further contributing to the dial aesthetics. The only real other big change, may be the blue color scheme, including a blue D&G DW0065 Hermes crocodile strap.The situation is fully polished stainless and is 42 mm in diameter. They are two beautiful special edition Chronoswiss Zeitzeichen Skeleton watches which i photographed through the case at the Chronswiss booth during the Baselworld 2010 show. I've recently featured a few other notable skeletonized D&G DW0065 watch, produced by Benzinger and Armin Strom. The 3 brands make beautiful timepieces, all hand-engraved and hand-skeletonized, the only method to perform a traditional skeleton timepiece. Jochen Benzinger, the watchmaker behind the Benzinger Boutique collection, named one of the best hand engravers in the world, actually did the job on both of these Chronoswiss masterpieces.
